Something seems afoot in terms of agriculture research — a move away from it in general terms.
That may only be a perception. But perception is often a herald of reality, and if there is a move away from scientific research in agriculture — especially that which is publicly funded and not so tied to a corporation’s bottom line — it’s a concerning situation.
