Trump’s tariffs should open new trade doors

In an announcement that can be a surprise to no one, U.S. President Donald Trump rolled out a new round of tariffs, this time an additional 100 per cent tariff on goods from China, on top of the 30 per cent tariffs already in effect, starting Nov. 1, or sooner.
